John Lefante is the Director of Operations for Intucio. Along with authority over all staffing decisions for the company, John is responsible for project quality and customer satisfaction. He has been a member of the Geocent family of companies since 1998 and has over 18 years of experience successfully leading information technology projects. He has been the primary project manager and business analyst for many client-facing IT projects and also serves as the director of our Project Management Office, providing oversight for all of our service delivery. Having earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from Tulane University, John has since been certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute and as a Certified Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance.
Jaclyn Dufrene has over 5 years of experience in marketing strategy and analysis and has a strong focus and passion for creating great customer experiences. As the Marketing Manager for Intucio, she successfully managed the company's rebranding initiative and leads the integrated marketing strategy, working alongside Intucio management to promote its services through various marketing campaigns. Jaclyn received her bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University.
Dale Kirby is a business systems architect with over 14 years of experience in the design, implementation, and rollout of major technology projects and initiatives. He has played a principal role in creating complex solutions for businesses in sectors including energy, professional sports, finance, insurance, maritime logistics, education, manufacturing, emergency management and disaster mitigation, and state and local government. In his role at Intucio, Dale provides customers with strategic and operational guidance to align technical solutions with long-term business priorities.
Dale has extensive experience using the Microsoft technology platform and holds numerous Microsoft technical certifications including two MCSEs (SharePoint and Private Cloud), an MCSA, and multiple Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) designations in technologies ranging from Dynamics CRM, Project Server, SQL Server, and .NET.
Jeremy Stockwell serves as the Infrastructure Practice Manager for Intucio, and is responsible for analyzing client IT environments and architecting solutions to meet business needs. Additionally, he oversees a team of consultants who implement these solutions focused on technologies offered through the Microsoft platform (Windows Server, Exchange, Systems Center, etc.). He is currently a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Messaging, a Microsoft Specialist in Project 2013 and Project Server 2013, and a Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) in Windows Server 2012.
Originally from the Chicagoland area, Jeremy earned his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University in Peoria, IL, and earned a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University in Washington, DC. Jeremy is also Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certified.
Chris Schwing has been with Geocent for over 5 years and has worked for multiple other consulting companies. He started his career as a business analyst before evolving into the more technical role of software engineering. Today his role is a combination of software development and management. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University in Information System and Decisions Science and has a passion for solving complex business problems with technology solutions.
Chris is currently the Business Applications Practice Manager for Intucio with 10 years of experience designing and developing custom software applications. He works with software development teams and consultants throughout Intucio to create scalable, secure, and effective products using the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices. Chris believes in ensuring that user experience is at the forefront of all solutions Intucio delivers and that software should not just work, but should work effectively for all users on any device.
Kristin Alvey, the Talent Manager at Intucio, focuses on matching great talent with the right job. Along with the responsibility for the recruiting efforts at Intucio, she is also involved with coordinating participation in local recruiting events and career fairs. Kristin holds a bachelor's degree from Spring Hill College, where she majored in Business Administration, and focused on marketing and management.
